Research

I am currently researching the long-term limnological effects of forest defoliation linked to spruce budworm infestations using paleolimnological methods. Specifically, I use diatom assemblages, dissolved organic carbon and chlorophyll-a reconstructions to infer past environmental conditions. Previously, I researched the effects of thermal variability on zebrafish development.
